Alternating Pressure Mattress

The CareGuard by Invacare 8000 is a powered Alternating Pressure Mattress designed to aid in the to aid in the treatment of Stage I to Stage IV pressure ulcers. The 8000 reduces interface pressures below capillary closure through the design of 20, 8" air cells bladders which alternate every four minutes.
